E-commerce Experience
As an E-commerce Manager for BED|STU, my primary responsibilities encompassed weekly updates of the homepage using Magento 1 & 2, thorough reporting of website metrics, and utilizing heatmaps to enhance user experience and interface design. Additionally, I played a key role in product placement within the Magento store, contributing significantly to the overall online shopping experience. This role required a blend of technical proficiency, analytical insight, and a keen understanding of e-commerce best practices.
Website Management and Optimization:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including content updates, product listing, and ensuring smooth functionality.
Analytics and Reporting:
Regularly analyzing website metrics to gauge performance, using tools like Google Analytics, and generating reports to inform strategy adjustments.

At BED|STU, I was responsible for the creation and execution of social media advertisements. Email Marketing
At BED|STU, I spearheaded the creation and execution of three weekly marketing email campaigns. My role encompassed design, distribution, and comprehensive data analysis. Additionally, I was responsible for setting up triggered emails, including welcome series and abandoned cart notifications, among others. Under my management, these initiatives contributed significantly to BED|STU’s remarkable growth, demonstrating the effectiveness of targeted, data-driven email strategies in enhancing customer engagement and driving brand success.
Seasonal Lookbooks
I was responsible for designing seasonal lookbooks, a task that involved creative direction and meticulous attention to detail. This role required me to not only conceptualize and design the lookbooks but also manage the logistics of production. This included sourcing a printer and overseeing the printing process to ensure the final product accurately represented the brand’s seasonal collections and aesthetic. My involvement was crucial in creating compelling visual narratives that effectively showcased BED|STU’s product lines.
Photography
I was responsible for capturing the essence of the brand through photography. This included planning and conducting photoshoots, ensuring that each session effectively represented BED|STU’s unique style and product offerings. My expertise in photography, combined with my skill in photoshoot coordination, played a vital role in visually communicating the brand’s identity and enhancing its marketing and promotional efforts.
